From 1st to 8th November Gallery 118 are mounting an exhibition of work by the painter and sculptor Michelle Cioccoloni, entitled War and the Pity of War, inspired by the work of Wilfred Owen. The exhibition is in support of the charity Help for Heroes, supporting wounded soldiers, and they will be donating a percentage of the admission charge to them, along with a percentage of sales. On Remembrance Sunday (8th) from 1pm there will be readings from Owen's work and a talk by Peter Lawson, lecturer in poetry at the Open University.
